Jigar Modi is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry. As the co-founder and lead mortgage adviser at LOANCART, he has been guiding his clients through their property finance journey for more than six years. With his expertise, knowledge, and dedication, Jigar has earned a reputation as one of the top performing brokers in Australia.
Jigar’s mission is to lead LOANCART to be the most client-centric business it can be. He is passionate about making the loan application process as easy, stress-free, and seamless as possible for his clients. His goal is to help clients save thousands of dollars every year with their mortgage and help them secure their financial future.
Previously, Jigar had worked for major banks such as Westpac and National Australia Bank in various lending and leadership roles. Although, Jigar has a wide range of clients, majority of the clientele are professionals such as Doctors, Lawyers, Accountants and IT professionals. He has helped his clients with a wide range of transactions, from first-time home buyers to property investors with multimillion-dollar portfolios.
Based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Jigar is an active property investor himself. When he’s not working, you can find him spending time with his family, playing table tennis or chess, and working on building his own property portfolio.
